The Most Important Assurance You Need

I bless you with the assurance,

The deep-seated confidence,

That nothing,

No one,

No foe,

No friend,

Can pull you from God.

“Who shall separate us

From the Love of Christ?” (Romans 8:35)

No one.

May you apprehend,

And appropriate,

The fullness of God’s promise

That no “tribulation, or distress,

Or persecution, or famine,

Or nakedness, or danger, or sword

Can ever dissever you

From the power and presence of God’s love

In Christ Jesus.

God has declared Himself

Inseparable from you—

Unless there arises a power greater

Than the Creator,

You’re safe, child of God,

Safe in the arms of Christ.
