Who are loved by God …”

I think it’s God’s name for you—

How He sees you,

What He calls you.

It defines your life.

It confirms your identity.

You are His beloved.

You aren’t identified by

Your service unto God

Or your gifts

Or your accomplishments

Or even by your love for God.

You are defined by God’s love for you.

Being loved by God

Isn’t the goal of godly living,

It is the fuel for godly living.

May you know His love,

Beloved.
