The Praise of His Glory

God is getting glory
In you
Today.
 
In Christ,
You are
“The praise of His glory.” (Eph. 1:12)

You’re a trophy of His grace,
A token of His finest work,
High on the shelf in
God’s kingdom.

He defied all odds,
Defeated all evil,
And danced o’er an empty grave
In order to redeem you.

He did it!
Grace works.

And you’re the proof of it!

So whether your parent is proud of you
Or not,
Whether your boss is proud of you
Or not,
Whether you’re proud of yourself
Or not—

God is beaming with joy over
What He accomplished in redeeming you.
Smile some today—
You’re the praise of God’s glory.
