Seeing is Believing

I bless you to see what you believe.

God wanted the shepherds not only to believe in Jesus—

He wanted them to see Him.

Up close.

For real.

You need not go on feelings,

But it is delightful to feel what you’re going on.

I bless the eyes of your heart to see Christ up close this Christmas—

You too are invited to the manger to behold Him.

And, with shepherd-like joy, may you return to your world,

Glorifying and praising God for all you’ve seen and heard.

We aren’t limited by what we see with our physical eyes. Indeed, we walk by faith, not by sight. But God wants our spiritual eyes continually enlightened so we can see Jesus and our blessedness in Him.
