Though life feels uncertain and the season teems with troubles,
There is a peace that cannot be violated by any measure of problems.
If the future feels frightening and your heart begins to pound,
I bring you near to Jesus to hear Him say:
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
Child of God, Jesus is not beckoning you to act more calmly today,
Nor is He pleading with you to imitate His demeanor amidst troubles—
Christ is offering you, granting to you, His own peace.
Child of God, you are the recipient of an exotic from Heaven—an other-worldly gift. So I bless you to know what is yours. It is part of your inheritance. You are rich with the peace of Christ.
With the peace of God, you can face the day without fear. No predicament can claim your heart because you have been given the very peace of Jesus.
And that’s the Gospel!

Amidst the pandemic troubles and the political divisions, I want to bless you with the peace that Jesus issued to His disciples in John 14:27.
Jesus blessed his disciples to receive His own peace.
I’ve felt led to bless you each day—to speak a life-giving, Biblically-based announcement of who you are and all that is possible for your future. Blessing is different than prayer—it is a direct, faith-filled vision for you to receive. Amidst the pandemic troubles and the political divisions, I want to bless you with the peace that Jesus issued to His disciples in John 14:27.
