Before the Foundation

You’ve been chosen

In Christ

Before the foundation

Of the world. (Eph 1:4)

This isn’t wooden fatalism—

This is a Father’s love

Moving invincibly toward you

In His grace.

It means:

You were fashioned

In the imagination of God

In the womb of eternity.

It means:

You have always been wanted,

Always been cherished,

Always been adored.

It means:

He made you,

He bought you,

He adopted you.

So, no one,

No power,

No calamity,

Can take you from Him.
