Giving Thanks No Matter What

I bless you to

“Give thanks in all circumstances

For this is the will of God

In Jesus Christ for you.” (1 Thess. 4:18)

Not to give thanks

FOR all circumstances

But to give thanks

IN all circumstances,

Because…

Regardless of earthly ups and downs,

Christ has died for you

And has ascended

And reigns in power for you

And prays for you

And promises to come back for you,

And that is worthy of thanksgiving,

No matter what the day holds.
