Do You Need Guidance?

When you’re in Christ,

The devil can’t turn out the lights,

Leaving you in a dark room,

Stumbling through the shadows,

Bruising your shins on corners of tables.

“I am the light of the world,”

Jesus promised.

“Whoever follows me

Will not walk in darkness,

But will have

The Light of Life.” (John 8:12)

The darkness isn’t a power—

It’s the absence of the light.

The smallest candle

Can expel the blackest night.

But no darkness can snuff out

Even the dimmest light.

You’re a child of light!

I bless you to walk

In the light of Christ today.

May His grace illumine every step.

May His truth expel every shadow.

And may your foot find solid ground.
