I bless the fruitfulness

Of your life

In the midst of the garden

Where God has placed you.

“By this my Father

Is glorified,

That you bear much fruit…” (John 15:8)

It isn’t raw ambition.

It isn’t personal success.

It isn’t sweat equity.

It’s fruit—

The sweet effect

Of abiding on a nourishing Vine.

It isn’t earned

Or bought.

It is “born.”

May you bear much fruit.

You’ve got a garden,

A sphere of influence,

Be it large or small,

It is precious,

And I bless you to be fruitful in it.
