Conqueror

You’re a conqueror!

By the blood of the lamb

And the word of your testimony,

You are free.

I bless you to join John on Patmos

And see the “accuser” thrown out of the courtroom.

“The great dragon was thrown down,

That ancient serpent,

Who is called the devil and Satan,

The deceiver of the whole world—

He was thrown down to the earth.” (Rev. 12:9)

Therefore,

“The salvation,

And the power

And the kingdom of God

And the authority of His Christ

Have come.” (Rev. 12:10)

And, you, my brother, my sister,

Have “conquered the devil

By the word of your testimony

And the blood of the Lamb.” (Rev. 12:11)

There’s no work for you to do,

But testify to the work of Christ.

There’s no sacrifice for you to make,

Just appeal to the finished sacrifice of Christ.

I bless you, child of God,

To conquer with every remembrance of

God’s faithfulness

And with the unending power of

The blood of the Lamb!
