Relax, Just Relax

Once asked a group of students,

“What one word would you use

To describe Jesus?”

“Loving.”

“Powerful.”

“Gracious.”

“Holy.”

The students shared these

And other adjectives

For the Savior

And then asked the professor:

“What one word would you use?”

Willard paused, reflected, and said:

“Relaxed.”

Amidst all the storms and stubbornness and stabs,

Jesus was remarkably relaxed.

“My peace I give you,” Jesus pledged.

So I bless you today to relax in Christ.

Relax, just relax.
